 Deposit Requirements/ Rental Payment
Deposit Should be equal to ( 35 % of room price), 2 nights stay or $200 dollars per week the Greater of the three. Cash / Check Discount $5 a night from standard rate. Monthly reservations require 200 dollar deposit When making reservation and  a 35% rental payment 90 days prior to occupancy.

ALL ROOMS ARE NOW NON SMOKING ROOMS. Smoking is allow outside. There will be a $200 charge and removal for smoking, pets or parties in rooms. Please let us know if you are a smoker so we can make other arrangements for you or you can smoke outside if you would like to rent these rooms.
Cancellation policy

" Deposit will be refunded by check with a 50 day advanced written notice by U.S. Mail Only, Less a $40.00 service charge. If you cancel with less than a 50 days notice you will receive a gift voucher only (good for 6 months) less service charge of 15% of room price or $40 the greater of the two. Less than 35 day, any changes in arrival or departure dates resulting in loss of revenue may forfeit your deposit!! Rental payments are non-refundable unless the entire rental period is re-booked less 15% of Stay. If you fail to cancel before arrival date or fail to show up you will be billed for the entire stay whether you use the room or not. We cannot offer refunds for late check ins, early departures or for ACTS OF GOD such as  inclement weather, rain, wind, red tide and non mandatory evacuation . "
