ACCOMMODATION Rates

White Sands Beach Resort <----- Beach Front       Tropical Breeze Beach Club Beach Side  ---->

Deposit required with all reservation.
Deposit must be received by mail within 5 working day from the date the reservation was taken. A deposit of 35% of total (minimum $250)
is required at time of reservation. The total amount of reservation is due upon arrival.  Deposit refunded with a 50 day written notice (Not E-mail), less $40 service charge. Reservations changed less than 35 days from arrival which cause a loss of revenue will be charged to you!!  If you fail to cancel your reservation before your arrival date, you will be charge for your complete reservation. weather you use room or not. Pool and premises are for paying guests only. ***  2 bedrooms are priced for 4 people - maximum 6, 1 bedrooms are priced for 2 people - maximum 4.  There is an Each additional guest is $10.00 per day/per person (not to exceed maximum room occupancy). Facilities are for paying guests ONLY!  Arrangement for visitors must be made before they arrive. There is an understood damage deposit for any careless damage to room & premises during stay. We Guarantee room type not room number! Minimum stay required on holidays.1 car parking per room. Messy Room Charge or improper checkout $40.00 + $15 per hour. There is a $250 dollar fine and immediate removal for pets and or parties. all rooms are NON-SMOKING ROOMS 
We cannot guarantee that the rooms will be smoke free, only that we will charge guests $200 for smoking in these rooms and remove them. We will do our best to make the rooms smoke free!
